How to Make the Most Out of Your Twenty Minutes


1. Turn on soft, relaxing music of your choice and sit in any comfortable position.

2. Take 5 deep breaths.

3. Count backwards from 10.

4. Now breathing normally, focus on your breath.

5. Acknowledge any thoughts you may have at this time. Do not fight the thoughts and do not engage with the thoughts. Simply let them be.

6. Try to sit in this quiet space with your breath for at least five minutes and slowly increase this time to 10 to 15 minutes.

7. As you open your eyes pick 2 to 5 questions from the next page and write your thoughts on them. Remember there are no right or wrong answers, only authentic and honest answers from your soul.
