To empower women of colour through a curated journey of personal and professional growth leading to enhanced leadership capabilities and independence in decision making.
Our programming is open to all self-identifying women of colour over the age of 18.
We operate from Ottawa, which is built on the un-ceded Algonquin Anishianabe territory. Some of our programs are open Canada wide.
