You already have what it takes.

Empower'em is where women of colour grow together, personally, professionally, and collectively. South Asian, Black, East Asian, Arab, Latine, mixed, and everything in between. If this world hasn't always made room for you, we're building something that does.

Women of colour laughing together

There are things many of us carry without saying out loud.

You've navigated systems that weren't designed for you, and you kept going. You're still here. Still building. Still becoming.

You've held cultural expectations, family obligations, and your own ambitions at the same time. Usually without anyone asking how.

You've walked into rooms knowing you belonged, and still felt the weight of proving it. Every time.

Whether you're first-gen, queer, navigating a disability, carrying grief, or still figuring out what you want, all of it belongs here.

You've been building this whole time. We just want to make sure you don't have to do it alone.

What we build together

Growth that holds all of who you are.

01

Personal

You've spent years shrinking to fit other people's rooms. Here, you get to take up the space you were always going to need.

02

Professional

Getting into the room matters. So does deciding which rooms are worth being in, and walking through them without leaving yourself behind.

03

Collective

When you grow, it doesn't stay with you. It moves through the people around you, and theirs moves through you too.

What this feels like

A space where you don't have to explain yourself from the beginning.

In most spaces, women of colour spend energy translating their names, their backgrounds, their experiences. Here, that energy goes somewhere else.

We match you with someone who already knows the context: your background, your identity, the things you're carrying. Many of our mentors speak multiple languages and we factor that in where it matters to you.
